This site describes Manitas Efectivas’ repair, maintenance and renovation services in Madrid and the surrounding towns and lets you ask for a quote. Quotes are indicative until we confirm them in writing.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to enter false data or other people’s data without their permission, and not to damage the site or prevent others from using it.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and photos of finished jobs belong to Manitas Efectivas or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Job photos are published with the customers’ consent and without details that could identify them.

We take care that the information is correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the site or from third-party pages we link to, whose content we do not control.
